Can I amend an order after I've placed it?
We start to process your order as quickly as possible, so if you need to amend something please complete the form on our contact us page.
Can I deliver my order to a different address?
Yes, your billing and shipping address can be different, just select 'Use a different billing address' when you are on the payment page.
Unfortunately we can't ship 1 order to multiple addresses. If you would like your order delivered to multiple addresses please place an individual order for each address.
If you're having trouble with your promotion code, double check the T&Cs as some of our codes exclude items on sale or are for specific products. If the code still isn't working, click here to contact us.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days, you will receive an order once it has been dispatched and our tracked Royal Mail service can take 3-5 working days to deliver.
Unfortunately we currently do not offer next day delivery.
Can I use different billing and delivery addresses?
Yes you can select a different delivery address however we can only deliver an order to one address. If you need to send your order to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address. A delivery charge will be appplied to each order
Can I return my order?
We hope you love your order, but if it does not meet your expectations please contact us so we can organise a return. It is important that items are returned in an unused state and in its original packaging.
How long does the refund take to process?
Refunds can take up to 14 working days once the goods have been received
